You’ll move through clear phases with a personalized independence plan and Stepping Stones to guide your journey. As you advance, you’ll move to homes specifically aligned to support your progress.
EXPECTATIONS
Your commitment, accountability, and courage to grow are the keys to your success. Show up with an open, willing attitude. Communicate with staff. Be respectful in shared living. Try your best!
SUPPORT SYSTEM
Mentors, staff, and peers will walk beside you, cheering you on every step of the way. They make sure you stay on track and have everything you need. They help you set goals, find a job, and learn life skills.

Do I get my own room?
Yes. You get your own space plus shared community areas.
What kind of support do you offer?
Help with jobs, documents, budgeting, cooking, transportation, life skills, and whatever you need to move forward.
Is this like a group home?
Nope. You live independently with support. Think: adulting with a team in your corner.
What’s the catch?
No catch. You set goals, show up for yourself, and communicate with staff. We walk with you, not over you.
What are the phases?
Each phase gives you more freedom and responsibility. You move at your own pace with support from staff.
Do I have to already have a job?
No. We help you find work, build skills, and get connected through EmpowerWorks.
How long can I stay?
Most youth stay 12–24 months, depending on their goals and progress. The program is available to you up to 3 years.
How do I get in?

What if I’m nervous?
Totally normal. Most youth feel that way at first. You’re not doing this alone—we’re here to help you take the next step.
